Michael McGowan
Michael McGowan graduated from Catholic University Law School in Washington, D.C. in 1983. Upon graduation, he performed a one-year judicial clerkship in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County for Judge Melbourne. Since that time, for the last 26 years, he has exclusively practiced personal injury law.
In 2001, he joined Robb Cecil in founding the firm McGowan & Cecil, LLC in order to help individuals injured by the negligence of others and obtain justice so they can begin to heal. They strive to recover maximum compensation within the shortest period of time. Mr. McGowan has been inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and is a fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation. He practices in all trial Courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
