Recently a deadly truck crash occurred on Interstate 81 outside Hagerstown, Maryland, when a tractor-trailer crossed the median into the northbound lanes. Design Transport, an out-of-state company, operated the truck that collided head on with the vehicle of a Maryland resident. The driver of the vehicle struck by the tractor-trailer was fatally injured. Currently the crash is under investigation.
