3 injured at Telsa car manufacturer plant

If you're injured at work in Maryland, you will want to take steps to seek medical assistance, and you probably expect that your employer will take care of the costs through a workers' compensation claim. In an industrial accident, you could be seriously injured, and this could lead to years of medical needs or financial difficulties without that help. If you're struggling to get payments or are finding it difficult to make a claim, you may want to think about taking legal action.

Recently, a Nov. 13 report stated that three people were injured at the Tesla Motors Plant in Fremont, California, after an industrial accident took place. The three people who were injured allegedly had moderate-to-severe injuries at the time of the accident, according to the fire captain on the scene. Tesla Motors reported that the accident took place due to a failure with one of the low pressure aluminum casting presses. The employees were allegedly hurt by hot metal used on that press, and the company claims that it is taking care of the workers and making sure they get the medical care necessary.

The pressurized equipment failure resulted in burns that were able to be treated at a local hospital, according to the fire captain. The accident occurred at around noon, and the official claims that the injuries looked moderate-to-serious, but did not know the frequency of these kinds of accidents at industrial plants.

If you're hurt at work because of a machine's failure or a failsafe not kicking in when it's supposed to, you may have injuries that you'll have to face for the rest of your life. These injuries shouldn't force you to live surrounded by medical debt. You may be able to seek compensation for your pain and suffering, medical bills and other financial needs.
