One day, our client was driving the company truck to service a call. As he headed down I-695, a tire suddenly flew off of a car traveling in the opposite direction. It hurled through the air and ultimately struck his windshield. As a result of the collision, our client sustained multiple personal injuriesincluding tinnitus. This tinnitus is permanent and continually interferes with his ability to sleep and concentrate.
