Defendant failed to yield the right of way causing a total loss to client’s vehicle. The airbag deployed and caused a chest injury to client . Client had a difficult time breathing for many months post collision and was treated by a pulmonologist diagnosed with injury to the sternum and chest area. Suit was filed.
