Tenant was entering her apartment complex when a 3rd floor window air conditioner had fallen from the window. Client was struck by the unit and was seriously injured. We were contacted immediately and we sent a Preservation of Evidence of any video and inspection of the premises request to the Management Company and owner of the premises. The video and inspection of the premises were pivotal in proving negligence and notice to secure a recovery for the client.
