Client was struck by a hit and run driver. The coward left the scene . Client was severely injured. Client sustained injury to her shoulder resulting in shoulder surgery. Fortunately client was wise enough to have had a sufficient uninsured Motorist policy so she was able to make a recovery. Suit was filed.
