Our client was a bus driver who came to a stop at a red light. While he was stopped, the defendant turned to change lanes and struck our client’s bus directly under the driver’s seat. The impact hit right where he was located. As a result, our client suffered from a herniated disc, a left rib contusion and injuries that required surgery.
