Our client was walking near the entrance of a grocery store. Unbeknownst to her, a metal bolt was protruding from the sidewalk. She tripped and fell on the metal bolt. This caused injuries from her hip all the way down to her achilles tendon. As a result, she had to undergo multiple surgeries.
