Industrial accident leads to man's death

|

Industrial accidents are dangerous and often cause serious injuries and deaths. The dangerous work environments that surround them make industrial accidents more likely to be severe incidents. Maryland-based readers may have heard about a recent incident involving a 61-year-old man who was working at the Deep River Dyeing Company in North Carolina. Unfortunately, the man was killed in this incident, leaving his family to deal with his death and the costs associated with it.

According to news from December 17, the man was loading the machine on December 13 when something went wrong. He became tangled up in the fabrics he was loading, according to the news. He couldn't break free and was pulled into the machine according to the reports. The machine, which is similar to a washing machine, spins water out of the fabric as necessary.

According to police, the 61-year-old man was killed in the incident and pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Now, the North Carolina Department of Labor is looking into his death, investigating to see if the cause could have been preventable. Normally, there are steps in place that prevent these kinds of accidents from happening.

If you've been hurt or have lost a loved one in a construction accident or industrial accident, this could be a very hard time for you. If you are interested in seeking compensation for your injuries or the death of a loved one, you may be able to with some legal help. Speaking with an attorney is a good way to find out if you have a case for negligence.
